FieldStrike has now been rolled out across two new sales teams Dendron and Skills in Healthcare (part of the Alliance Healthcare Group.  Both with different needs and techniques, FieldStrike has been adapted to suit both.  One team using the very latest Fujitsu Stylistic Q550 (Windows based) Tablets and the other IBM ThinkPad’s.  FieldStrike has also been modified to send orders directly to internal warehouse management systems such as Proteus

Spring 2011
GMP Software have added a powerful tagging system to the FieldStrike customer database.  Allowing precision targeting of customers and deciles. Coupled with a new customer data integrity system, nearby calls locator and the GMP’s intuitive software, this gives FieldStrike users powerful tools to easily create effective sales plans.
 

Working the way you work

GMP’s skilful software developers have been busy over the Winter months making it easier to tailor FieldStrike to work with your own systems.  You may, for instance, have your own complex Promotions, Deals and Discounts which work nicely for you;  FieldStrike’s new ‘Engine’ takes the best from your existing system and converts its attributes in FieldStrike.
 

Touchscreen Technology

FieldStrike has been modified to run on the new touchscreen tablet computers.  For those preferring the latest offerings of Slate PCs from HP, Dell, Fujitsu and many others, we have worked closely with existing touchscreen users to make sure that inputting is faster and easier to use.  Presenting, detailing and inputting orders in call has never been easier or more efficient.

Summer 2010
Alliance Healthcare has introduced FieldStrike® into their Head Office for use by several of their dedicated Telesales teams.  Accuracy and layout of the FieldStrike reports together with FieldStrike’s ability to allow fast and efficient input by the Telesales operators were the key requirements by Alliance Healthcare.

The new GMP Timeline has been developed to give an at-a-glance overview of the rep’s progress throughout the working day.  If you prefer your salesman to run through the sales process in structured steps then this is the report for you. 

 

 
You are able to view the order in which the rep used his sales tools (sales history, previous notes, presentation usage etc.) as well as seeing the diary and other information such as time in call.

Autumn 2009 - Health & Beauty Association Conference

GMP were invited to exhibit at the Autumn Health & Beauty Association conference at Runnymede in October.  Andrew, Chris and Jess were there to demonstrate some of the latest advances to FieldStrike.

 

 

 

Many of the delegates there were either already using FieldStrike directly or indirectly through one of the main agencies.  Chris Silverwood of Bayer was the lucky winner of the Samsung NC-10 given away in the draw.
